To REQUIRE the Federal, State and Local Govt's of the U.S., to FUND, in conjunction with GUN MANUFACTURERS, a system, both computerized and electronic, which would render ALL firearms sold or imported in the U.S INOPERABLE within a designated radius of all public schools, universities and other areas deemed necessary for the public good.
This would uphold both the public's safety, gun rights, and provide a responsible business solution to a dire social issue.
