Currently commission based work and restaurant servers are excluded from Federal minimum wage standards. There has been an increased outcry to not have to pay tips and service from the people. Require commission jobs to meet minimum wage standards by hours worked if commissions fall below minimum wage and require restaurants to either pay a fair wage or include service fees in the bill instead of requesting "optional tipping" for servers making an hourly wage below minimum wage.
