require restaurants with over (20) stores to provide Food Ingredient Info to customers concerned about their health.

Created by A.Y. on February 20, 2014

This information is already available, it must simply be consolidated and then printed to paper/ internet for the public. Many restaurants already voluntarily provide the information. Ideally the information would be formatted much like the labels already required on grocer items.

Restaurant industry lobbyist often argues that the financial burden far outweighs any health or transparency benefits. Most restaurants don't want you to know you're often eating less than healthy ingredients. In reality it should take only a few employees a short amount of time to consolidate information already provided by suppliers.

This will help customers identify many less than healthy ingredients. Who knows, this could lead to lower health care cost!!! Join me for a healthier, better America!
