require routine and regular drug tests for welfare beneficiaries and to suspend benefits for illegal drug users.

Created by S.B. on November 13, 2012

Argument A:
A1. I am required to take routine drug tests at my private sector job.
A2. I had to take a drug test in order to be hired.
A3. Several government agencies including the FBI and social security administration will terminate any employee convicted of illegal drug use.
Conclusion A: If taking drug tests didn't violate my rights how can it be a violation of the rights of those who benefit from the taxes I paid.

Argument B:
B1. Spending cuts are a must if we want to avoid the fiscal cliff we're walking into.
B2. By suspending benefits for drug users, it may prompt them to actively start searching for other opportunities.
B3. It will help many tax payers cope better with the feeling that their tax money isn't being used efficiently.
Conclusion B: It will increase our quality of life
