The safe handling of firearms is fundamental to preventing firearm accidents. Requiring students in public schools to know the safe handling and usage of firearms would both reduce unnecessary fear of fire arms, it would also allow students to potentially find a great hobby.
Using the increased revenue from firearm taxes and tariffs would allow the funding of such a program. Allow more sports that the less athletic could enjoy in school, teach physics, and show the importance of fire arm safety and respect of the capabilities.
