Current collegeboard SAT policy only allows a maximum of test scores from the 6 most recent test dates to be sent to colleges or other programs on official score reports.
SAT scores older than the most recent 6 test dates are omitted and not shown on the official score reports.
The students paid money and studied hard to take those tests, and with schools requiring multiple SAT subject tests for admissions, it is not so uncommon that students take the SAT for more than 6 test dates (6 times).
Students should be able to choose any score on their records to be sent to colleges. Restricting the reported test scores to only the most recent 6 test dates rob students of their opportunities to be considered at colleges that require test scores they have taken but are not reported by the SAT.
