require that school districts must give nonunion employees fair wages and benefits the same as union employees.

Lauren Rosseau was a teacher killed at Sandy Hook. She worked 2 other jobs, because of being paid low wages and no health benefits. She was a substitute for a teacher on maternity leave. She was doing the work of a full-time teacher. She was dedicated and hardworking, The problem is that she was not a member of a union. Without a union you get the least in wages and benefits, a school district can get away without paying. My wife is a substitute teacher of over 15 years. She still getting the same pay as when she started. The union members have got over a 40% pay raise in last decade. She is given no health benefits. Other school employees that work much less in her district do. It is a form of bullying. Nonunion school employees deserve fair pay and benefits.
