Without an educated populace that understands science and history, democracy is bound to crumble. We call on you to mandate that all school textbooks meet minimum criteria for scientific and historical accuracy. Anti-scientific textbooks written by corporations for their own profit have no place in our education system and should be prohibited in all schools receiving federal funding.
