Require schools in the country to have a moment of silence on December 14 at the time that the first shots were fired.

Due to the crisis that occurred today in CT. I think it should be required that on Monday December 14,2012 all schools in the entire USA should have moment of silence at the time of the first shots fired to show respect to the children and adults that died today.
