Require schools to educate students about LGBTQ people and issues

While LGBTQ people are better off than before, there is still a long way to go, ESPECIALLY for transgender and other gender-variant people. There is still lots of discrimination, disrespect, ignorance and a lack of education and most of all hate. No one is born to hate; they learn to hate. People hate and fear what they don't know. The only way to achieve equality for LGBTQ people is to educate people Therefore, I call on the Obama administration to call on the Congress to require that beginning in kindergarten going forward in age-appropriate ways ALL issues that face gender and sexuality minorities are taught in schools, including the science of biological sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
