Require schools to take an art and music exam in order to force schools to keep these classes in their budget

Created by S.R. on March 27, 2012

The Federal Government should require schools to have art and music classes at the high school level in order to pass a federal test on these subjects. This would force schools to teach kids these subjects. Schools should stop cutting funding for art and music classes because they benefit students in a positive and educational way. Art and music classes allow students to express themselves at school by doing something they love. These subjects are a good way for students to relieve some stress through a class at school. These classes can bring students together by allowing them to interact with other students that enjoy expressing themselves through art and music. Art and music can also help improve the intelligence of students by working with different types of learning skills.
