Require a Search Warrant for the seizure of private digital information of American Citizens

Created by J.M. on June 06, 2013

Recently, a GOVERNMENT agency, by the name of National Security Agency, requires a company, by the name of Verizon, to give their ENTIRE call logs. This is a gross violation of the 4th amendment, which as stated:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized"

No Government Agency or any individual working for the law has the right to look through private American citizen's information without a search warrant.

I Petition the Obama Administration to Uphold the the 4th Amendment of the Constitution
