Require seasonal employers to pay overtime.

Companies such as Schlitterbahn Water parks require employees to work over 55 hours a week, with only one 30 minute break for lunch, with no overtime pay. Employees, specifically lifeguards, are often too tired from the long hours and excruciating heat to preform their job at an expected levels. I am asking this administration to help fight for better working conditions.
