Require senators and congresspeople to disclose donations as part of the record before speaking on the floor

With the supreme court removing many of the laws related to the reporting of and who can contribute to political campaigns, the American people deserve a way to determine how are elected officials are making their decisions. I'm suggesting that any member of either house when formally speaking on the floor be required to disclose any donations or financial compensation they have received regarding the subject/issue they are speaking about.
For example: if a member is trying to pass legislation making apples illegal and has accepted $10000.00 from the anti apple lobby they should be required to state that on the record.
