require sexual education in all federally funded schools

In the state of Massachusetts, extensive testing has been performed over the course of 30 years. The results indicate that more sexual education leads students to delay sexual activity until later in their lives. This petition would ask the Obama Administration to issue an executive order that would mandate all federally funded schools (in effect all public schools) to provide sexual education courses to students in secondary education schools (middle and high schools) in age-appropriate forms. First grade students, for example, can be taught that latex gloves prevent the spread of germs and the contraction of illness. In forms such as these first grade students are taught the basic concepts of sexual education, and in the same way middle school students can be instructed.
