Require sheriff's departments to have recent evidence prior to searching residences associated with nonviolent criminals

All sheriff's departments and police departments should be required to have evidence of association to a residence within 30 days prior to searching a residence a nonviolent criminal has previously been associated with. They should also be required to show this evidence to the current resident(s) upon search of the residence. The evidence should show a high probability that the nonviolent criminal is associated with the residence in question.
