require a signed affidavit with the purchase of assault rifles that includes photographs of the Newtown victims.

Going forward, all purchases of assault rifles (definition of "assault rifle" TBD) must be accompanied with a signed affidavit that the purchaser acknowledges the weapon being purchased is the same type of gun used to kill the children of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut on December 14, 2012.
