One of the major consequences of OSA is an impact on neurocognitive functioning. Several studies have shown that OSA has an adverse effect on inductive and deductive reasoning, attention, vigilance, learning, and memory.

We need a better health vetting for candidates/nominees. We don't let a commercial driver on the road with untreated sleep apnea, why in the White House, Supreme Court, and Congress?
