Require social media networks like Facebook & Twitter to better regulate their "Community Standards" & "Report" policies

Lola, who is suffers from Apert Syndrome is the victim of social network abuse. There is an image of her with degrading comments that ridicules her physical disability. She's only 8 months old. We have reported image multiple times to Twitter and Facebook, and both have failed to contact us back. Now we must take an action against this epidemic. Lola is not the only child this is happening to, and it's time for her voice and the other children voices to be heard. We are aiming to pressure Facebook to strengthen the community standards so this doesn't happen to another family, and also, the report policy for both Facebook and Twitter needs to be strengthened. Lola's voice will be heard.
