Require Social Security Administration to pay applicants the amount they paid into the fund while approval is pending.

Many Americans are going without needed healthcare and being forced into homelessness or dying waiting years fighting the Social Security Administration to approve their claims for SSI and SSDI. Generally approval takes years, and in the meantime American citizens are forced to live with no income because they are unable to work. This causes health problems to progress without medical treatment, and mental health issues for many over the anguish of denials and the long wait for approval. We paid into this fund, we should be entitled to the money we paid into it while waiting through the years long SSA approval process. Please require SSA to pay applicants at least the amount they paid into the fund while waiting for approval, so we the people can survive during the long process.
