DCF Social Workers should return phone calls, be held accountable for perjury, make it easier for grandparents to keep their grandchildren instead of sending them off to foster homes. DCF receives 760 million dollars a year to kidnap our children. Angelo McClain, Commissioner of DCF says they need more money to do their jobs. If families had more rights, there would be less children in foster care, less heartbreak, less tax money funding this big business. In some cases foster care is the only option, but in many others, stable and loving family members are overlooked for child placement, in order to keep up the funding. This is an outrage, a violation of the social workers code of ethics, which says they will work to strengthen families, and for what's in the best interest of the children
