Require the spending of American Government dollars, in most cases, be limited to American Products and services.

Limit government dollars (including food stamps, program spending, grant use... but not including the salaries of government employees or military spending) to American Made products and American Services. This would force businesses to make American Made products more available to the average consumer as well. When I go shopping, America just doesn't have much shelf space. This might also give companies an incentive to return to America for manufacturing products so that they may keep our government as a customer. This way, government spending, whether excessive or not, would help the economy.
