Following the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act President Obama signed into law in 2012, please require Sprint to unlock phones that are capable of being unlocked on other carriers. They are turning customers away telling them their devices MUST be made after February 2015. If my account follows all other guidelines and is CAPABLE of being unlocked, Sprint should be unlocking it!
