Require SSA to install changing tables in their bathrooms

The SSA does not have changing tables for disabled children in their office bathrooms. This sets a bad example for private companies. It is sad that I went to the SSA today for an appointment and not only the bathrooms in the SSA office nor the other bathrooms in the building had changing tables. I was told that I was not allowed to change him on an empty counter but would have to go outside to change him. It was around 40 degrees and not a good temperature to change a baby. Infants are being discriminated against because they do not have the same access to a bathroom as adults do. Its a disgrace that the SSA doesn't set an example to all gov't agencies and private companies. Sign this petition and ask the President to have all ssa Offices install changing tables in thier restrooms
