Petition to require the replacement of standard Govt use vehicles, such as DOT cars and trucks and non-emergency vehicles, with Hybrids or Electric vehicles as they retire. This would help to lower oil dependancy and help to lower the impact to the enviroment of Govt vehicles and would set a good example as we shift from oil to other less impactful and dirty forms of energy.
