Whereas: The Governor and State Legislature of Kansas consider the practice of using Food Stamps to pay for Luxury Cruises to be sufficiently widespread to warrant Legislative Action to ban such use of Food Stamps.
And Whereas: The Health Benefits of Fresh Air, Nutritious Food in abundance, Exercise are well documented.
And Whereas: The cancellation of so many reservations as a result of the Kansas Ban would allow booking companies to negotiate favorable cash rates.
And Whereas: This would make a resource of inestimable value available to Seniors, the Working Poor and NGO's which provide shelter for the Homeless.
And Whereas: Kansas has ignored all requests for said contact information.
Therefore: The Justice Dept should file suit to compel the release of said information,
