The state of Texas, along with Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, South Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania all have bans on atheists holding public office, a clear violation of the separation of church and state.
We would have these laws removed and the Constitutional right to believe in any or no religion upheld.
