Require the State of Texas to reverse the requirement of students to take the STARR test in public school in grades 3-12

This petition is being created to have congress act on reversing the STARR Test in the State of Texas that was inforced in 2011-2012 School year. It requires all studentis in grades 3-12. If students don't pass in 8th grade they are held back in 8th grade and are restricted from moving on to the 9th grade, also if students don't pass it in the 12th grade they can't graduate.
