Require a state who secedes from the US give citizens of that state the means to move to a state under the U.S.A.

We Petition to require any state granted to secede to make available funding for the people of that state to move to a state still under the USA. We do not feel we should be forced to secede from the USA because a very few do not like the out come of the election. We understand that any changes will come about by the people just as much as with the Government and we do not want to be sucked into a position where once seceded and things get worse the whiners who started these petitions to secede can simply move to a state within the USA while we, the middle class who do not have the means to move and do NOT aggree with seceding be left to suffer.
