Require States to have and/or establish a federal government offical recall process that is not unreasonably prohibitive

Created by B.G. on December 27, 2012

Our State Senators and State House Representatives, together, make up the people in Congress. However, they do not always act in the best interest of those they are elected to serve. Some State Governments provide the Citizens of a State with a means to recall their State Senators and State House Representatives in the event that the Citizens of a State believe their State Senators and State House Representatives are not acting in the best interest of the Citizens of the State they were elected to serve, but not all States do. We believe all States should be required to have and/or establish a recall process for State Senators and State House Representatives that is not unreasonably prohibitive.
