Require states to report mental health, domestic violence, and drug/alcohol abuse for firearm sales

Created by P.W. on July 27, 2015

Current gun laws do not permit for those with mental, domestic, or drug/alcohol related issues to legally purchase a firearm, but yet it occurs every day in many states due to no requirement for the states to report this data for the federal background check.

As such, the United States continues to mourn the loss of citizens violently murdered by individuals who were able to legally purchase a weapon despite to meeting the criteria set forth.

It is then said, that We, the People of the United States of America who choose to not purchase, nor possess a firearm, who desire to freely pursue life without concern for the personal safety of themselves and loved ones, urgently ask that the federal government change its' current stance of voluntary compliance to mandatory compliance.
