Require states to set minimum sentences of life in prison without parole for using a firearm to kill someone.

The Constitution gives us the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, it also gives us the right to bare arms, in as much, the federal government can control and set down federal laws requiring states to set life sentences for those who use firearms to take the life of others. It's called protecting law-abiding citizens. The law gives us the right to protect our lives by the use of deadly force and the law should also remove the freedoms of those who misuse that right. This is not just a states rights issue it is an issue against the Constitution therefore braking federal laws set down in the Constitution. If someone uses a firearm to take the life of another without just cause the federal government should require a minimum sentence of life without parole.
