Require States Wanting Secession To Pass Marriage Equality, Give Women Equal Pay And Abolish Racial Drug War Laws First.

This country was founded "With Liberty And Justice For All" citizens. Any state asking to secede must prove they are not motivated by the need to continue DISCRIMINATORY behavior towards certain citizens without federal government interference. Aforementioned states should also be required to prove that the need to secede is not merely a racially motivated action under the guise of political rhetoric. Just because certain citizens are unhappy that an African American is president and minorities (including the LGBT community) helped him get elected twice does not justify secession from the union. PROVE that as an individual country you will treat EVERY CITIZEN EQUALLY regardless of Race, Creed, Sex, Sexual Orientation and Financial Background.
