Require Students to be Educated of not only rights of "The People" but to be Educated of Student Rights

For the U.S. has reached a critical moment in it's competition in education with other nations globally. To further the education of America, and potentially inspire students to take up a principle of citizenship, we the people and students of the United States of America demand that new steps are taken to ensure students are educated of their rights as students on a national scale, as it should be mandated in new curriculum. In this economically and technologically advanced society, students are deprived of rights due to knowledge of their rights being untaught and administrations falsely denying any knowledge of such rights. In addition so, our educational institutions of America shall make no rule infringing, interfering, or prohibiting the exercise thereof.
