require the Summer Infant company to remove it's defective Slim&Secure™ Handheld Color Video Monitor from the market.

This company has repeatedly sent defective monitors to replace the same defective monitors. They refuse to give a refund and these monitors cost upwards of $150.00. Most families cannot afford just to go out and buy a new one so they are forced to use this defective monitor that they were duped into believing is reliable. Some monitors indicate it is turned on and is working, but in fact is frozen with a green light showing. Normally this would mean the child is fine and sleeping. However, the child is screaming his lungs out in his bedroom. What if he had a medical emergency while the device is saying that everything is ok? Please remove this product from the market and ensure Summer Infant issues refunds to all parties affected by this company.
