Require super PACs to donate 50% of donations received to either the American Red Cross, The United Way, or Unicef.

Super PACs collect financial donations form corporations and individuals without caps or restrictions. Then they flood our televisions, radios, newspapers, and mailboxes with political propaganda bent to benefit they're agenda. They twist the facts, and distort to persuade the population to vote for their benefit. Some balance ought to be restored to the world, and good be done. When donations to these Super PACs occur, a portion of that money (50%) ought to go toward a charity that benefits the world... Like The American Red Cross, The United Way, or Unicef.
