Require a tax on imported goods, making it cheaper to manufacture the same items in U.S., thus creating jobs in America.

I believe if we made it too expensive to import cheap goods and sell them at inflated prices, more companies would elect to make the products in America. This would put many Americans to work, and improve the quality of merchandise. It would also elevate the fear most people have of not knowing what dangerous materials are used in the manufacturing in other countries.
