Require a test of knowledge on the issues before a person can vote.

Too many people are clueless on the issues and rely on third party sources for information. ( I.E. heard it from a friend, who heard it from a friend, who heard from another). Most people have no idea what is going on and too many times read the headline without reading the article, so to speak. If people actually looked at all the facts and comprehended the situation, we would not be in so much trouble ( no Obama!) . Sign the petition to make it mandatory that people cannot vote without proving they have done their research. It doesn't have to be a hard test, it could even be multiple choice or true/false. Anything is better than having our representatives chosen by idiots.
