Require that a third option, "Neither Candidate", be added to every ballot in the United States.

WHEREAS, the majority of citizens are fed up with the two party system that pushes an ever worsening pile of rotting, putrescence disguised as candidates on the American electorate.
AND WHEREAS, Political Action Committees have been complicit in this treasonous crime against the American electorate.
AND WHEREAS, the American public is becoming increasingly disinfeanchised and disgusted with a nameless and faceless "establishment" usurping our rights to govern ourselves by forcing craptastic, intellectually bankrupt morons down our throats.
We request that the Obama Administration allow a third option, "Neither Candidate", be included on the ballot. We further request that any citizen who changes their name to "Neither Candidate" be punishable by death by firing squad immediately.
