Require thorough background checks as a prerequisite to any and all residency in the United States.

Created by D.L. on April 19, 2013

This proposal would require thorough international and georgraphically relevant background investigations for any individual seeking to enter the United States for more than 60 days. This will be a prerequisite to obtaining residency in the United States. If an individual is found to have ties to any extremist political or religious organizations, or otherwise commited felony offenses according to American law, they will be denied entry to our country. All residency requests will be limited by the volume at which our immigration service can perform the necessary checks in accordance with our national immigration budget. No person shall obtain legal extended residency without submitting to a background investigation.
