Require a thorough understanding of the Constitution through testing in order to graduate high school.

Sadly most American graduates leave our public / private schools without a thorough understanding of there rights and responsibilities under the constitution, this leads to the suppression of voters through legal manipulation by police and federal agents, say no to search at all times, say no to requests by police not legally given by constitutional mandate, you are in control of police and federal activities involving your person, property, and activity. If the agents / officers have the right they will not ask. Just say no officer I do not want that. Police organizations will use tricks, apparent support, and verbal intimidation in order to manipulate individuals into releasing there civil rights. Just say no officer may I leave now? Repeat this with tact and a calm voice.
