Require militia membership to those who demad owning assault rifles or high capacity magazines in the spirit of the actual wording of the 2nd amendment. This militia could be deployed ANYWHERE in defense of the country. If freedom is in peril overseas, then these individuals should be prepared to go there and fight for it.
