Require those in states wanting to secede to NOT use the same phrase and articulate why they want to leave the union.

I am confident that the several states wanting to secede from the union have unique reason, as opposed to the standard "Peacefully grant the State of ______ to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government".
The few citizens that chose to veer away from this prompt have still not been able to give a valid reason as to why leaving would benefit them or the rest of the nation.
Politics is NOT only functional when your side wins. The American people have spoken and have chosen a President. If your solution to the problem is to ask to remove your state from the union, then at the very least explain your thinking to the rest of us.
