require the three major credit bureaus to wipe clean adverse credit histories of those that due lost their jobs-no fault

Those Americans who lost their jobs through no fault of their own due to the recession in the US economy or those with medical conditions whereby they could no longer be employed and lost their homes to foreclosure or deed in lieu should not be penalized by adverse credit reporting on their records. This petition requests action to wipe clean credit reports from the three major bureaus of those citizens who suffered not a loss of their livelihood, but their homes too. Such persons should not be branded for seven -10 years as it is now.
