Require thumprint voting.

Created by C.M. on November 13, 2012

As a means to end voter fraud, a requirement should be implemented, whereby every legalized voter in the United States should be required to submit a thumbprint for identification (or retina scan). This should require a re-registration to obtain the right to vote. Whether votes are cast absentee or in person, each ballot must be signed with their thumbprint. If the thumbprint does not match the one on record, the ballot will be rejected (if voting in person, the individual will need to go through a security check for voter identification). If fraud is detected, there should be laws in place to be prosecuted as treason against the United States of America and to be punished as a treason offense.
