Natural tobacco is harmless but the thousands of additives added to the tobacco by the companies are carcinogenic cancer causing agents.
We the people mandate each smoker who has been smoking for for ten years or longer receive payment of $1,000,000.00 each, per smoker for the addition of having added cancer causing agents known biologically to cause harm in health and complications in pregnancy.
The additive chemicals are known biologically to cause cancer where natural tobacco is not.
