Too often the fate of minor children is decided not based on the facts of a divorce, but on the judges individual bias or dispositon. To preserve the justice for minor children and to ensure the best outcome of custody it should be that two judges preside over all hearings and trials in a divorce that involve minor children. In this way the children will be more likely to be placed with the best parent, not placed based on prejudice or predispositoon. Too often children are ripped from good homes and placed solely because of a traditionalist mindset, not base on the evidence. This leads to a nation of children in negative home lives because the judge made up their mind before the hearing or trial began.
