Require unanimous vote for secession by any state.

Whereas many have given their lives in defense of our great nation and in it's creation, whereas many do not agree with secession attempts, whereas secession is ill-conceived and will splinter states, fail to provide unity, safety or productivity and will foster divisiveness, whereas unrest will lead to martial law and a military state reducing our freedom, whereas anything short of a unanimous decision by the people of any state removes their voice and is not conducive to a democracy, this petition is submitted.
