Require unemployment recipients to work 20 hours of community service hours a week.

Require anyone receiving unemployment to work 20 hour a week of community service. Our schools, libraries, community centers, town halls, charities, and countless other organizations could benefit from the additional manpower to improve our communities. This would also give the unemployed a little extra motivation to become employed while helping our communities as a whole.
