Some members of the The United States House of Representatives -- and specifically the leadership -- speak publicly and then claim to speak for the will of all or most Americans.
Currently, most Americans are not able to contact any United States House of Representative that does not represent their district to refute the remarks of that representative (that claims to speak for all Americans).
Resolved: Members of The United States House of Representatives should only speak for their district. Those representatives who claim to speak for Americans that reside outside of their district must allow feedback from all Americans.
